Rising Star international Classical Crossover Opera Singer Tatiana Kallmann is a Colombian-American opera singer, songwriter, Latinx female entrepreneur, educator, and a Bentley Records Gold Artist signed multi-genre independent recording artist, as well as the Founder of the boutique entertainment business Crossover Soprano International. Her artistry is anchored in classical music tradition & excellence all while radiating innovation, vision, & modern elegance. Tatiana Kallmann is the creator of a one-of-a-kind interactive Classical Crossover LIVE Entertainment Brand & Music Label that seamlessly interconnects & powerfully fuses Pop, Latin, Jazz, and Classical Crossover Music, all while innovating the ancient art form of Opera into the Modern Times.
With more than 20 years of Italian Bel Canto operatic vocal training & experience, pursued primarily in the United States, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany, Ms. Kallmann received her Master’s Degree in Vocal Performance from the Opera Conservatory School at the prestigious University of the Performing Arts in Mannheim, Germany, situated in the UNESCO World Heritage “City of Music.” In the Fall of 2021, international Classical Crossover Soprano Tatiana Kallmann was awarded the Student Success Fellowship & Fulbright Scholarship Award to attend the University of South Florida, as a doctoral student in the Ph.D. in Music Education & Research Department.
The foundation of Ms. Kallmann’s Classical Opera career began in the same year as her high school graduation, when she was awarded a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship to attend Florida State University, gaining acceptance into its renowned College of Music. During her undergraduate studies, she became a dedicated student of an internationally acclaimed soprano Ms. Shirley Close, who, recognizing Tatiana’s exceptional talent, invited her into a selective vocal studio where she mastered classical vocal technique, Lieder, and operatic repertoire. Following four years of rigorous artistic development, Tatiana Kallmann triumphantly graduated Cum Laude, earning her Bachelor of Arts in Music from Florida State University.
Driven by a profound passion for operatic singing & European culture, after completing her undergraduate studies in 2009, Ms. Kallmann courageously embarked on a life-defining journey to pursue her calling as a Lyric Soprano in Europe. Leaving behind her familiar world, she migrated to the birthplace of classical music and to the homeland of her late German grandfather, Fritz Kallmann, whose legacy deeply resonates within her artistic path. Although she never met him, Tatiana holds a deep awareness that her calling to opera is intrinsically tied to her German heritage.
In the Fall of 2010, Tatiana Kallmann began her operatic auditions and was selected among hundreds of applicants to join the Opernschule (Opera School) at the prestigious University of the Performing Arts in Mannheim. Throughout her international graduate studies, she received advanced Bel Canto operatic training under renowned professors across Italy, Austria, Switzerland, and Germany.
Upon successfully completing her International Master’s Degree in Opera Vocal Performance, Tatiana Kallmann chose to remain in Europe, launching her entrepreneurial vision with the founding of her LIVE entertainment business Crossover Soprano International. At this pivotal moment, she intentionally chose the road less traveled—returning to her original crossover dream & pioneering the path for Latin Classical Crossover vocal music in Europe.
The city that embraced & celebrated Ms. Kallmann’s Classical Crossover vision was Heidelberg, Germany, where she was selected to be featured & commissioned by the City of Heidelberg starring as an actress & vocalist in the official Heidelberg Image Film, producing, performing, & presenting her innovative vocal arrangement of the globally renowned song “I Lost My Heart in Heidelberg” which is set to be released in Spring 2026.
As an international entrepreneurial crossover soprano, Ms. Kallmann became the leading Classical Crossover voice in the historic city of Heidelberg, premiering her Classical Crossover LIVE opera performance solo act at a variety of historical venues including in the King’s Hall within the Renaissance Heidelberg Castle, the 2,500-seat Congress Hall, & on the balcony of the Heidelberg City Hall during the city’s annual Christmas Market Musical Performances for the General Public. She was also invited as a Star Guest Soloist for the 11th Annual AIDS Gala at the Heidelberg Opera House.
Following more than 11 years of living and working in Europe, Tatiana Kallmann established an international presence in Classical Crossover vocal music alongside her independent music label Sempre Libera Records, producing & releasing celebrated recordings including “Bésame Mucho,” “O Sole Mio,” “Gracias A La Vida,” and “Nessun Dorma.” These releases reached her first one million global online streams across Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer, Tidal, YouTube, and many other online streaming platforms.
As a Main Stage & International Headlining Act, Crossover Soprano International Tatiana Kallmann has premiered performances for renowned companies, diplomatic, cultural institutions, & prestigious high-visibility events, including the Heidelberg Theatre & Orchestra, the Richard Wagner Association in cooperation with the National Theatre of Mannheim, REWE, Porsche, WELLA Canada, New York Fashion Week 2023, Fort Lauderdale Fashion Week, Perkeo-Gesellschaft Heidelberg, the St. Petersburg International Folk Fair Society, the Lions Club Mannheim-Friedrichsburg, the Universität Heidelberg Medical Faculty, the City of Mannheim Court of Social Justice, and the Rotary Club of Ybor City. In the United States, she captivated audiences in a 3,000-spectator public open-air concert at the annual Festa Italiana in Historic Ybor City, Tampa, Florida.

Beginning her career at the very young age of 13 years old, Tatiana Kallmann’s lifelong mission has been to sow seeds of love, peace, and unity through the power of her voice. Her artistic vision is to create a timeless space in time where music dissolves cultural divisions & brings people together through their shared reverence for the ARTS. An advocate for equality & human rights, Ms. Kallmann firmly believes that when society-imposed barriers—particularly those rooted in socio-economic elitism, gender, race, age, and discrimination—dissolve, music may fulfill its highest purpose for humanity.
